Cornellá sponsored housing

At the time of construction, it was the largest residential building in Spain built with a wood structure based on CLT panels. It is formed by 3,60×3,60 grid which creates the living spaces. From the first floor upwards, the structure is completely made of wood and the volume of wood used is kept to a minimum.
