Residential building in Granada

This residential building between party walls is located in the historic centre of Granada. It was the first timber structure building in Andalucía. Due to the small size of the plot, it was decided to look for a construction solution that would save on the surface area occupied by the structure and walls and would also be fast to build. For all these reasons and the ecological one, CLT panels were chosen for the slabs and walls.
