Design and implementation of a management and coordination system whose objective is to ensure compliance with project results and compliance with the obligations arising from the FEDER Agreement and the Collaboration Agreement.
This work package includes the following group of activities:
Structures, responsibilities and procedures for the administrative management and day-to-day coordination of the project.
Political and technical decision-making bodies of the project and their competences.
Internal communication system within the partnership.
Internal organization planned for the preparation of implementation reports.
Financial management of the project.
